Your workshop talked about moving forward…

I lost my 24 year old son in 2009 very suddenly and life changed forever.

The workshop was very good for the kind support I was given and the quotes and poems we were told which stuck in my head and I reference back to when I am having a really bad day. We laughed and cried and it was nice to meet other Mums as sad as it was. At the time I felt I couldn’t smile without someone looking at me as if to say, you have lost your son. There I could smile, know it was fine and it didn’t mean I wasn’t hurting. I would like to add again about the lady Barbara, she was one of the loveliest people I have ever met and nothing was too much trouble for us. Your workshop talked about moving forward, which I am just about to do, I am moving to try and rebuild as best I can, as you said one day it  would.
